
Gratitude 🙏
Gratitude is a trifecta for me.
Once you start to be thankful each and every day, you actually become grateful for things, and then once you become grateful or thankful for all things itrsquo;s your trifecta.
You first change your mindset from a negative thought and replace it with a positive grateful thought.
Each time you have those thoughts of self-doubt, low self-worth, uncaring self-thoughts, you can decide to replace these thoughts upon immediate recognition of it.
Upon immediately realizing your thought is negative you can decide what the good of it truly is.
Did you learn something from that thought?
One of the very first things to know about gratitude is that it starts with you being grateful for you.
We are all doing the very best that we can and literally being thankful for all things is biblical.
Many times it helps to distinguish the thought and determine if itrsquo;s in fact true.
Our subconscious has a way of allowing repetitive behavior that once realized you are having a self-sabotaging thought can chase rabbits, weave in another thought at will, and before we know it, wersquo;ve decided itrsquo;s true.
And it is, for you.
After studying several years about the psychology of the brain, nutrition, gut health, mental and behavioral health a key component to our overall happiness and wellbeing begins with a grateful heart.

Our blessing of practicing thankfulness has changed our daily habits, our goals and many of our aspirations.
