When I was growing up I remember feeling a bit out of place.
A sense of not truly belonging.
Upon finding out I was adopted my 6-year young mind understood my world a tad bit better.
I guess I grew up different.
Something resulted from that sense of not fitting in due to being adopted.
Recently, my husband, I went to an event featuring a well known holistic healer.
Someone we really studied and knew about.
When he worked on me he provided me the age in which this feeling or "unsure sense of unbelonging" began.
I’m talking about this subject of adoption because I was adopted and found that out when I was 6 years old.
When you age gracefully I believe we carry around our past hurts.
These hurts contribute to our anxieties in a chaotic sort of way.
You may not know the triggers of the past until they are clearly pointed out.
These discoveries can allow us the opportunity to view the feeling, and or cause of the feeling from the mind of an adult.
By realizing a young mind isn’t truly capable of adulting,
it gives you the chance to rewire your childhood false thoughts and untrue perceptions.
Thru this, you not only gain true knowledge of oneself
but receive your serendipities and have your true calling revealed.
We found that a specific daily essential oil routine gave us so much.
These are a few of the steps we follow in our daily routine:
- Gratitude: Ylang Ylang and Clary Sage applied topically to our chest and/or 2 drops of each in a veggie cap daily.
- Inner peace: Frankincense and Wild Orange. Every morning we place two drops of each in our palms, rub together and apply to the back of our neck. We will then inhale 4 long, deep breaths through our nose.
- Restful sleep: Serenity softgels 1 hour before bed. Then spray serenity blend on our pillowcases every night.
- Special nutrients: We certainly all need these. Lifelong Vitality supplements cover this for us. Every day we take the prescribed amount.
2019 is the year of Serendipity and for me, these are:
Kindness
Vulnerability
Empathy
Thankful for All things
Love all people
