Hopefully, you have read a variety of my heartfelt and emotional blogs and perhaps read one of hubbyrsquo;s blogs about our travels lately.
July is the month we celebrate Independence Day my favorite holiday.
July resonates with freedom so I wanted to share from my grateful heart.
Have you ever known you were definitely in the right place at the exact appropriate moment?
For me, I was in Sterling, Va attending a 3 day class on Emotional Intelligence.
One of my most profound moments of realization came in 2017.
Our teacher, Rebecca Hintze said, ldquo; It is none of your business what other people think about yourdquo;.
The next part of the class was operating in a spirit of gratitude and writing a note, making a call, or texting your thanks to the one person who you know has made the most impact or had the most significance with who you are today.
I remember completing this one assignment and having overwhelming thoughts of thankfulness and tears of joy filled my heart.
Both of these oils can help create life-changing moments.
The past several years have been fruitful with growth along with times of uncertainty.
Times spent in peaceful reflection and meditation to allow spiritual oneness inside our hearts.
Spending time being grateful and diligent with the pursuit of controlling our tongue as it pertains to the critical self, one derived from a broken subconscious is what I believe, into a transformation of asking yourself where that self-limiting, and or self-sabotage thoughts derive from?
In the complete mind-body healing, your thoughts are so much more important than we like to believe.
When unexpected events occur that we truthfully have zero control over, our brains can react in ways that guide us down rabbit holes or self-sabotaging thoughts.
These thoughts frankly do not serve us in a positive way.
Many times the repetitive thoughts are from old patterns from our childhood.
The realization of books read from the past like ldquo; What to say when you talk to yourselfrdquo; by Dr. Shad Helmstetter, helped assist and stay focused on positive and self-serving thoughts about me and all others.
Instead of any expectation, you relearn to serve and give with no expectation of anything in return.
You learn life is uncertain and to be truly thankful for that.
You learn about and utilize tapping, enjoy yoga, and meditation and hanging out in the woods again, you long for the sound of waves gently but courageously coming to shore.
You love to stare at the moon and give thanks.
I call it being childlike.
To be an adult and to go back into your own childhood, to reconcile your past with your now adulting capacity is beneficial.
Set your self free, take the time to care for yourself, set some new goals and work on them daily.
Reward yourself according to your small steady steps that lead to growth and transformation.
Knowing yourself and what triggers you isnrsquo;t that comforting at all times and that makes it worth it.
Wersquo;ve discovered that limiting thoughts that lead to self-sabotaging beliefs can be changed from within.
DoTerra Essential Oils like wild orange is incredible to assist with a positive mindset.
I love the special rollerball Past Tense specifically to assist with anxious feelings.
I have to say that Balance blend is just necessary for daily use topically and for aromatherapy.
We have enjoyed helping so many stressed-out people and families overcome to become, identifying their real dreams again, and maintaining a wellness lifestyle including nutritional changes.
When we first heard about doTerra oils we just didnrsquo;t understand the benefits they provide.
After 4 years we are thankful every day for the person who contacted us and shared how they could help us.
We travel and teach classes to a variety of wellness centers including assisted living communities and behavioral group organizations about essential oils and aromatherapy.
We look forward to seeing you at one of our Aromatherapy and Essential Oil Classes soon!
We recommend Elevation in your diffuser every morning to assist with elevating your mood. Itrsquo;s such a sweet and pleasing aroma.
Peace and Forgive are oils you can use often in your rollerball because they are so handy.
And of course, we love our Wild Orange and Frankincense combo to start our days.
Our best,
The Scentsable Suzy Home
